Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping at The Vault. Here are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Order Processing & Production Time:
All of our products are custom-made to order. Please allow 2 to 5 business days for printing, quality inspection, and packaging before your order ships.

Estimated Shipping Times:
Once your item has shipped, estimated delivery times are:
• United States: 3 – 7 business days
• Canada & Europe: 5 – 12 business days
• Rest of the World: 10 – 20 business days

Tracking Your Order:
As soon as your package leaves the facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to update with the courier.

Incorrect Address:
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address.
